is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Botany, specializing in Plant Ecology. Her Master's thesis at Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology (JKUAT) focuses on understanding the effects of soil degradation on soil physicochemical and biological aspects and its impact on plant species diversity in savannah ecosystems. Through extensive field research and data analysis, she aims to provide insights into sustainable land management and ecological restoration.
Passionate about the intersection of soil health and plant ecology, Anzeil is committed to advancing research that addresses environmental challenges. As a field assistant with ERP and CERK, based at Brackenhurst, Kenya, she continues to explore strategies for mitigating soil degradation and fostering biodiversity conservation, contributing to the broader goal of sustainable ecosystem management.
