Kevin Ong'idi Otieno has joined the joint Centre for Ecosystem Restoration - Kenya (CER-K) and Earth Rover Program (ERP) team as the Communications & Networks Lead.

With more than a decade of experience across East Africa managing community-led agroforestry and nature-based solutions, Kevin specialises in translating complex scientific data into accessible, practical narratives for rural communities, smallholder farmers, and regional institutions.

In his dual role, he drives stakeholder engagement, unifies communications across CER-K's distinct ecological hubs, and shapes local messaging to support the rollout of low-cost geophysical soil monitoring tools.
